Job summary

Lydech Thermal Acoustic Solutions (TAS) is seeking a Materials Manager to lead production control, supplier scheduling, inventory management and the Materials team. The role requires strong leadership to drive world‑class delivery, efficient inventory and cost control, while coaching a team of material professionals.

You will implement pull scheduling, Kanban, and lean techniques to minimize working capital, improve floor efficiency, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Requires a technical bachelor's degree or 5+ years related experience.
• Experience with MRP systems and D365 preferred.
• Strong leadership and staffing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production control, supplier scheduling and inventory management.
• Direct reports on the Materials team and develop KPIs.
• Drive lean manufacturing and pull scheduling with Kanban.
• Ensure on-time delivery and cost control.
• Collaborate with management to develop budgets and plans.
• Monitor quality, performance, and safety in the Materials department.
