Lydech Thermal Acoustic Solutions (TAS) seeks a lead for the Distribution Center material handlers. You will assign duties, oversee loading/unloading, and ensure accurate labeling and secure staging for shipments.

You will verify scans, manage shortages, and promote safety and quality through 6S and continuous improvement initiatives. English reading is required, with forklift experience and Oracle data knowledge essential.

Qualifications

• High School, GED or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to read and understand English.
• Material Handling experience with current forklift license required.
• Must have knowledge of Oracle job data and labeling transactions in addition to paperwork / traceability requirements to ensure accurate material transactions.

Responsabilités

• Lead and direct material handlers in the Distribution Center.
• Assign duties based on customer schedule and Lydech requirements.
• Load/unload trailers and stage for shipment.
• Verify scans and ensure correct and undamaged orders.
• Cross-train staff and develop training procedures.
• Promote safety, 6S, and quality standards.
• Report unsafe acts or conditions and participate in continuous improvement programs.
