Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Operations Engineering Manager in Kansas to drive engineering excellence across multiple teams and support product development.

You will lead design, resource allocation and CAD efforts, while coaching staff and helping control budgets and schedules. Key duties include coordinating interviews, preparing proposals and cost estimates, ensuring compliance with codes, and guiding customer-focused engineering solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; relevant disciplines include Electrical, Architectural, Mechanical, Process, Civil, Structural, Energy and Automation.

Responsibilities

• Participates in Customer / Project Interviews: Leads the Engineering portion.
• Assigns engineering resources across multiple engineering teams to effectively deliver projects within a specific vertical.
• Leads and directs project design, detailing and CAD effort on projects brought forward by the Group Manager or Project Manager within the assigned vertical business unit.
• Provide performance evaluations and coaching to team members.
• Prepares proposals and cost estimates for Engineering, modeling, detailing and CAD- related services.
• Provides guidance to ensure that construction and product/manufacturing activities comply with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
• Provides leadership and guidance to Engineering and Design staff.
• Performs detailed calculations to compute and establish construction and product/manufacturing standards and specifications.
• Prepares and studies technical drawings, and electrical specifications to ensure that installations and designs conform to standards and customer requirements.
• Confers with internal and external customers to discuss existing or potential construction and product/manufacturing projects.
• Inspects completed installations to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications.
• Monitors and controls project activity to meet budgets and schedules.
• Accountable for building skills, capabilities and team culture which aligns with FTI's core values.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
