Job summary

Faith Technologies in Kansas is seeking an Excellerate Material Planner to support the materials team and keep production flowing efficiently. The role focuses on coordinating with receiving and production schedules, monitoring material availability, and adjusting plans to meet customer due dates.

You will work closely with procurement, inventory, and production leadership to ensure timely procurement of raw materials and uninterrupted production.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, material management or related field.
• Travel: 5-10% of time.
• Work Schedule: 6 am–6 pm, Mon–Fri; may include nights, weekends, holidays; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with receiving & production schedules for each project and adjust schedules as priorities dictate.
• Monitor schedule deviations and adjust production as needed.
• Communicate with production teams at order receipt and as production schedule changes could impact job sites.
• Monitor raw material delivery dates to ensure scheduled production can be completed.
• Provide daily & long-term production/capacity planning based on customer orders, due dates, and facility availability.
• Coordinate with production leadership, procurement and receiving staff to evaluate changes needed in production schedule.
• Ensure materials are available on time to avoid downtime in production schedules.
• Drive continuous improvement with operations & supply chain teams to increase production quality and yields.
• Work with procurement/inventory management and sales/operations to provide optimal supply levels and new product development processes.
• Perform other related duties as required.
