Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field and 5+ years in material management or supply chain in aerospace/defense.
• 2+ years leading a team of supervisors, associates, or technicians.
• Onsite capability in Santa Ana or Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute material management strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Hire and train staff to manage material flow per Anduril guidelines.
• Improve efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Implement government property and inventory controls per policy.
• Lead end-to-end material management, including FIFO, cycle counts, and audits.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, logistics, quality to forecast demand and plan procurement.
• Align material availability with production schedules and customer demand.
• Analyze usage trends and implement lean practices for storage and distribution.
• Utilize ERP and WMS to generate reports and provide data-driven insights.
• Ensure regulatory, safety, and quality standards in all activities.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing warehouse team.
