Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
- 8+ years in supply chain/materials management or related ops.
- 4+ years of leadership in manufacturing.
- Experience with ERP systems and data-driven planning.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; budgeting knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with SAP ERP preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee material planning, procurement, inventory control, warehousing, receiving and shipping to support on-time fulfillment.
- Monitor KPIs: inventory health, turns, days of inventory, attainment, delivery, service levels, back-orders.
- Develop supply plans via ERP systems and collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams.
- Lead continuous improvement and lean initiatives to cut costs and reduce obsolescence.
- Direct and develop department staff, manage staffing, performance reviews, and training.
