Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
8+ years in supply chain/materials management or related ops.
4+ years of leadership in manufacturing.
Experience with ERP systems and data-driven planning.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; budgeting knowledge is a plus.
Experience with SAP ERP preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee material planning, procurement, inventory control, warehousing, receiving and shipping to support on-time fulfillment.
Monitor KPIs: inventory health, turns, days of inventory, attainment, delivery, service levels, back-orders.
Develop supply plans via ERP systems and collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams.
Lead continuous improvement and lean initiatives to cut costs and reduce obsolescence.
Direct and develop department staff, manage staffing, performance reviews, and training.
