Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or 6+ in lieu of a Bachelor's.
• Experience in a highly regulated industry.
• Manufacturing experience.
• People leadership experience.
• SAP is a plus.
• Excel and PowerPoint.
• May be required to wear personal protective equipment.
• May require movement of objects (up to 35 pounds).

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day production of Class III medical devices, ensuring objectives are achieved.
• Plan and allocate people, equipment, materials, and systems to meet schedules safely and cost-effectively.
• Develop production schedules and staffing requirements based on demand and availability.
• Supervise production team members and manage performance.
• Build strong relationships with frontline employees and internal/external stakeholders.
• Champion lean and continuous improvement initiatives (MDI, 6S, root-cause analysis).
• Lead Daily Management for Daily Improvement meetings and follow-up actions.
• Maintain a safe, compliant work environment and manage resources within budget.
