Copeland in Kennesaw, GA is seeking a Materials Manager to lead materials planning, purchasing, and inventory control for our Controls Solutions operations. You will manage a team of buyers, planners, and stockroom personnel, partnering with Production, Engineering, Sales, and Sourcing to align material strategy with business goals.

You will leverage Oracle and other ERP/MRP systems to optimize demand, supply, and inventory levels, while driving continuous improvement in turns, service levels,

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in supply chain.
• 5+ years in materials management, production planning, or procurement in manufacturing.
• Experience leading purchasing, planning, and inventory control teams.
• Proficient with ERP/MRP systems for demand and inventory planning.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead materials management, purchasing, planning, inventory control, and inbound logistics.
• Manage a team of ~13 buyers, planners, and stockroom personnel.
• Serve as site leader for materials planning and inventory strategy.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Sales, and Sourcing teams.
• Use Oracle and other ERP/MRP systems to manage demand and inventory.
• Drive inventory turns, forecast accuracy, and supplier performance.
• Support S&OP, long-range planning, and supplier strategy.
• Develop Kanban, pull systems, and lean replenishment programs.
