Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in materials management, inventory control, production planning, or warehouse ops in manufacturing.
• 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with production scheduling, materials requirements planning.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, cycle counting, reconciliations.
• Experience using ERP systems to manage inventory and production.

Responsibilities

• Supervise materials personnel to ensure safe, accurate daily activities.
• Coordinate material flow to support production schedules and minimize delays.
• Assist with production scheduling and material planning to ensure availability.
• Monitor inventory levels and address shortages or excess stock.
• Oversee cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliation processes.
• Use ERP systems to track inventory and material transactions.
• Collaborate with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams on priorities.
• Identify bottlenecks and resolve inventory or supply issues.
• Establish procedures for inventory control and warehouse organization.
• Track KPIs on inventory accuracy, material availability, and productivity.
• Identify opportunities to improve material flow and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
