Copeland is seeking a Materials Manager for our Kennesaw, GA site to lead all material planning, purchasing, and inbound logistics. You will guide a team of about 13 professionals and partner with Production, Engineering, Sales, and Procurement to ensure uninterrupted material availability while balancing inventory investment and customer delivery needs.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years in materials management, planning, or procurement in manufacturing.
• Experience leading teams in purchasing, planning, or supply chain.

Responsabilidades

• Lead materials management, purchasing, planning, inventory control, and inbound logistics for the Kennesaw facility.
• Manage a team of ~13 buyers, planners, supervisors, and stockroom staff.
• Partner with production, engineering, sales, and procurement to align planning with business goals.
• Utilize ERP/MRP to manage demand planning, inventory, and material flow.
• Drive continuous improvement to improve inventory turns and forecast accuracy.
