Our client is seeking a Materials Manager to lead strategic inventory and materials management at their high-volume manufacturing facility in Fort Mill, SC. The role reports to the Global Supply Chain Director and focuses on optimizing end-to-end materials flow, aligning SIOP/IBP processes, and fostering collaboration across sales, production, logistics, and global suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in inventory modeling, demand planning, and Lean practices within solar, electronics, or automotive environments. Key responsibilities include minimizing carrying costs, maintaining 98%+ service levels, implementing digital forecasting and tracking tools, and promoting sustainability and compliance. This hands-on leadership position requires deep ERP knowledge (Coupa, SAPMM, or Oracle SCM), supplier risk management experience, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

This is a full-time, onsite role with benefits. No sponsorship or C2C arrangements are available. Relocation assistance is provided.
