Materials Flow & Process Optimization

  • Use Plan for Every Part (PFEP) and Lean methods to reduce handling waste and improve storage and delivery efficiency.
  • Support automation initiatives such as RFID tracking and automated storage systems to improve throughput and accuracy.
  • Analyze SKU performance and storage layout for optimal flow and lowest cost-per-unit handling.

Compliance & Continuous Improvement

  • Oversee cycle counting, audits, and inventory accuracy tracking, maintaining >98% compliance.
  • Drive sustainability projects focused on packaging, waste reduction, and carbon tracking.
  • Lead root cause investigations for material discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

  • Participate in long-range integrated business planning (18–60 months), aligning materials strategy with financial and capacity goals.
  • Mentor junior planners and promote a data-centric, collaborative supply chain culture.
