Job Summary

As the Materials Manager, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain, overseeing the procurement, inventory management, and distribution of materials essential for civil engineering projects. Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Management: Develop and implement effective materials management strategies tailored to civil engineering projects, focusing on procurement and inventory control.

- Supplier Engagement: Identify, negotiate, and maintain relationships with suppliers, with frequent travel to enhance collaboration and ensure quality and reliability of materials.

- Inventory Optimization: Monitor and analyze inventory levels, implementing systems to maximize efficiency while preventing stockouts and overstock situations.

- Performance Monitoring: Evaluate supplier performance and initiate corrective actions as needed to address issues related to delivery, quality, and compliance.
