Materials Management Clerk 1

The University of Miami/UHealth department of Supply Chain offers an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Materials Management Clerk 1 at the UHealth Medical Campus. The role involves receiving, inspecting, and restocking supplies in assigned facilities.

• Checks expiration dates on supplies, rotates stock, and removes expired items for disposal.
• Assists in unloading and unpacking received inventory.
• Notifies management of issues such as overstocking or discrepancies.
• Prints and places patient charge labels on chargeable items before restocking.
• Fills requisitions and delivers supplies promptly.
• Ensures proper charging of supplies on delivery day.
• Maintains accurate receiving and order paperwork.
• Adheres to university policies and safeguards assets.
