Job summary

Baxter is hiring a Material Handler, Receiving to support our manufacturing operations. You will move raw materials and production supplies, operate a forklift, and coordinate with production teams to ensure timely, accurate material flow.

The role requires basic English, safety-focused work habits, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Shift flexibility and adherence to cGMP are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have basic English written and oral communication skills.
• Understand safety and quality instructions and read work instructions.
• Must be able to perform basic mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Pick raw materials and production supplies from warehouse and deliver to designated area.
• Transport materials or empty containers to warehouse or other department.
• Use ERP software to access and update inventory locations.
• Receive IPSO and prepare for shipment.
• Secure trailer while loading and check safety controls.
• Load materials into trailers and box trucks.
• Pre-Op forklift and change batteries when required.
• Notify supervisor of safety or quality issues and take action.
• Maintain clean and safe work area following 6S.
