Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is hiring a Material Handler III to support the production of Plastic Pour Bottles. The role involves validating materials, preparing lines, and moving items between production and warehouse areas using a forklift.

You will follow SOPs, engage in Lean and 6S practices, and help maintain safety, quality, and documentation standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Forklift and hand cart driving experience preferred; ensure accuracy of materials and documentation per SOPs.
• Must be able to read and understand specifications and procedures; maintain clean, accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing processes for plastic pour bottles.
• Execute and document line clearances and verify material correctness.
• Operate forklift to move gaylords and totes between production and warehouse.
• Support lean initiatives and 6S housekeeping in the work area.
• Report abnormalities and take corrective actions with shift leadership.
