Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group (QISG) is seeking a Materials Manager to oversee all aspects of project materials management, including sourcing, procurement, and on-site contractor coordination for our energy infrastructure projects. You will work closely with procurement, engineering, and field teams to ensure materials arrive on time and meet specification requirements.

This role requires hands-on experience in inventory control, warehouse layout, and logistics planning.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant materials management experience.
• Bachelor's degree and EPC exposure preferred.
• Construction industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops material management practices aligned with project needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and procurement to meet schedules.
• Oversee receiving, storage, and issue of materials on site.
• Forecast lead times and manage warehousing and laydown areas.
• Direct shipments and on-site logistics for timely delivery.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and perform audits.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve material issues.
