Qualifications

• 4+ years as a warehouse associate with leadership experience.
• 3+ years forklift experience with license preferred.
• Hands-on proficiency with ERP/WMS and inventory control tooling.
• Proven track record improving inventory accuracy and throughput.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and follow safety protocols.
• Valid driver's license and US Person status.

Responsibilities

• Lead small teams in shipping/receiving and kitting at Ashville, OH.
• Prepare finished stock for shipment and ensure accuracy.
• Pull orders, deliver materials, and stage finished products.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report shortages.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks, move goods.
