Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Lead Materials Associate to join the Supply Chain team in Ashville, OH. The role focuses on leading shipping/receiving, kitting, and inventory control while ensuring compliance with government requirements and on-time delivery.

You will train and coach others, optimize ERP/WMS processes, and coordinate workload with Production and Quality leadership. Strong leadership and 4+ years in warehouses are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a warehouse associate or equivalent role, including experience leading, training, or directing the work of others.
• 3+ years forklift experience, licensed (preferred).
• Hands-on proficiency with ERP systems and/or other warehouse management and inventory control tooling, including configuring or troubleshooting routine workflow issues.
• Proven track record of improving inventory accuracy, throughput, or process efficiency in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Comfortable training others and documenting process, with strong Microsoft Office or equivalent office management tooling skills.
• Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks efficiently across a team, balancing daily production needs with longer-term process improvements.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license.
• U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled data.

Responsibilities

• Lead small teams in shipping/receiving and kitting operations, ensuring on-time execution and compliance with requirements.
• Prepare finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, labeling, loading, and securing product.
• Ensure orderly production and distribution by pulling orders, delivering materials, and staging finished product.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by identifying, labeling, and tracking locations; report and resolve shortages.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery; direct operators as needed.
• Design, document, and improve warehouse SOPs for receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Train, onboard, and coach Material Associates on safety and ERP/WMS workflows; act as shift lead.
