Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Lead Materials Associate in Ashville, OH to lead small teams in shipping, receiving and kitting operations. You will ensure on-time execution, maintain inventory accuracy, and support audits of controlled material handling.

You will train staff on safety, ERP/WMS workflows, and quality standards, while coordinating with Supply Chain, Production, and Quality leadership to prioritize daily workload and improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a warehouse associate or equivalent role with leadership or training experience.
• 3+ years forklift experience, licensed (preferred).
• Experience with ERP/WMS and inventory control tooling; troubleshooting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead small teams in shipping/receiving and kitting at Ashville, OH.
• Prepare finished stock for shipment: identify, pull, pack, label, load and secure product.
• Ensure orderly production and distribution by pulling orders and staging finished goods for final distribution.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report shortages before they impact production.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and move materials as needed.
• Design and improve warehouse SOPs for receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Train and coach associates on safety and ERP/WMS workflows on shift.
