Flow Control Group, via Hughes Primeau Controls, is seeking an organized Materials/Procurement Coordinator to manage purchases, shipments, and supplier relations from its Ohio operations. You will track POs, coordinate with warehouses, and resolve delivery issues to keep production flowing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in manufacturing/operations or materials management
• Experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel)

Responsibilities

• Maintain purchase order information after buyers place orders and update pricing.
• Track shipment and arrival dates; resolve shipment, shortages, and customer inquiries.
• Review Open PO Report daily to identify follow-ups; coordinate with warehouse on incoming shipments.
• Liaise between suppliers and internal sales/service teams; prioritize material delivery and maintain supplier relationships.
