Job summary

CompoSecure, a GPGI business, is seeking a hands-on Lead for Materials Management to support production by pulling and allocating material from inventory to lineside areas and staging zones. You will help establish standard work and goals for the Materials Management team, driving inventory accuracy and integrity across facilities.

Based in Franklin Township, NJ, this role requires leadership, solid manufacturing experience, and strong communication to coordinate receiving, storing, and issuing

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Associate degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Excellent communication, both oral and written.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to self-check work.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Team player with adaptability and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional guidance to materials and warehouse personnel.
• Lead cycle count program to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate receiving, storage, and shipping of materials.
• Issue production materials to meet schedules.
• Identify issues regarding handling and storage.
• Support lean warehouse initiatives and value stream improvements.
• Handle related email correspondence and provide backup for other SCM functions.
