Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's preferred for leadership roles.
- 10+ years in materials management, warehouse ops, logistics, and supply chain.
- Experience managing multi-site manufacturing operations in industrial settings.
Responsibilities
- Lead all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and outbound shipping.
- Standardize warehouse processes and KPIs across Panelmatic facilities.
- Drive improvements in inventory accuracy and warehouse productivity.
- Oversee inbound/outbound material movements and dock optimization.
- Develop logistics strategies, manage transportation providers, and control costs.
- Lead Lean, Six Sigma initiatives and develop talent across the team.
