5+ years materials planning/buying experience.
5+ years experience with Microsoft Suite.
3+ years of experience with SAP.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of material planners to meet production schedules.
Own planning for critical suppliers and commodities and align with plant requirements.
Lead inventory reduction initiatives and drive cost savings.
Ensure planning data integrity and lead root-cause analysis for shortages and delivery misses.
Align supply plans with demand forecasts and production capacity to deliver clear-to-build visibility.
Drive continuous improvement using KPI-driven process improvements.
Monitor supplier OTD, shortages, and planning accuracy to improve performance.
Demonstrate Carrier Way leadership: collaborate, integrity, disrupt, deliver results.
