Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Supply Chain Leader, Engineered Material Productivity to drive design-related material cost improvements across HVAC programs. You will lead a globally distributed team and collaborate with engineering, sourcing, operations, and business units to meet productivity targets and ensure disciplined execution.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, data-driven reporting, and continuous improvement across facilities and design centers worldwide.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Supply Chain, Engineering, Technology, or Business.
5+ years' experience in engineering, supply chain management, sourcing, or material productivity.
3+ years' experience leading teams across multiple locations or regions.
5+ years' experience discussing design or manufacturing changes at a practical technical level.
3+ years' experience with dashboards and performance metrics.
3+ years' experience in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

Partner with Engineering to develop and execute the annual direct material productivity plan and cost reduction targets.
Lead a team coordinating design, supplier, and operations initiatives across global facilities.
Monitor progress, identify roadblocks, and drive recovery solutions.
Maintain productivity dashboards and KPIs within the management system.
Lead PMOs and project management across engineering initiatives.
Provide coaching and clear priorities to a geographically distributed team.
