Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Materials Inventory Manager to lead inventory control, warehousing, and receiving, ensuring accurate movement of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. The role focuses on material flow to support production and minimize delays and waste.

You will oversee cycle counts, ERP data integrity, and cross-functional coordination with Procurement, Production, Quality, Finance, Logistics, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in supply chain or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in inventory management, warehouse ops, or distribution.
• 2+ years in supervisory or management roles over inventory teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily materials inventory management, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
• Manage receiving, storage, rotation, issue, transfer, and documentation.
• Maintain material flow to support production schedules and avoid shortages.
• Develop and enforce inventory control procedures and warehouse standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, aging, and replenishment to minimize waste.
• Ensure ERP accuracy through timely transactions and data entry.
• Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare reports on inventory, receiving, warehouse, and flow.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Production, Quality, Finance, Logistics, and Operations.
• Coach, train, and develop warehouse personnel; support audits and GMP.
