Job summary

RiseMe is seeking an Inventory role to maintain, report and reconcile inventory levels for packaging and finished goods. You will interact with production, scheduling/purchasing and QA, entering adjustments in the ERP system and supporting daily cycle counts.

The role requires strong computer skills, attention to detail and effective communication across levels. 1st shift, day schedule, with a possible back-up for case printing and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is minimum
• Experience with Microsoft Suite and Google products preferred
• Experience in resolving issues and communicating with all levels of the company

Responsibilities

• Maintain, report and reconcile inventory levels related to packaging and finished goods
• Act as liaison between production, scheduling/purchasing and QA
• Enter adjustments into ERP system
• Cycle count packaging and raw materials daily
• Notify managers of cycle count findings impacting schedule or production
• Perform root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies
• Reconcile inventory in ERP system
• Ensure QA is aware of packaging material dispositions
• Back-up for case printing operation
• Coordinate with all departments on inventory issues
• Ensure inventory replenishment of items
• Back-up to Inventory Supervisor
