Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in material planning or purchasing using MRP systems.
• 5+ years of experience within food manufacturing.
• 3+ years of leadership experience developing high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field; APICS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute material planning strategies to support production, inventory optimization, and forecast alignment
• Lead material purchasing activities while balancing budget, lead time, and customer service requirements
• Monitor key performance indicators including inventory turns, material availability, and fill rates to drive continuous improvement
