Job summary

STG Communication Services is seeking a motivated Warehouse Coordinator to support warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics. You will track materials, manage asset records, and ensure job-site materials are prepared and ready as needed.

Responsibilities include pulling materials, labeling, updating inventory, coordinating with field crews, and maintaining accurate documentation. A strong eye for detail and teamwork are essential to keep operations efficient and safe.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Experience with inventory and asset tracking software is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification is a plus).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Track all incoming and outgoing materials and report discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory levels and label materials by job site.
• Pull materials for job sites and review with crew leads.
• Check in returns and reconcile with inventory records.
• Track customer-provided materials and arrange delivery/return.
• Maintain documentation and charts of material locations.
• Collaborate with Logistics Manager to keep a clean, safe warehouse.
