Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of logistics experience.
• Experience invoicing orders.
• Experience managing driver paperwork.
• Knowledge of supply chain operations.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Report daily shipment activity to scheduling and accounting.
• Review emails related to shipments, freight quotes and issues.
• Verify production dates against schedules daily.
• Create shipping paperwork and job labels.
• Receive incoming parts and UPS orders; label with job numbers.
• Review freight vendors and ensure they meet requirements.
• Coordinate with sales on receiving date changes.
• Oversee shipping and receiving operations and train staff.
