Job summary

Elevated Property Services seeks a detail-oriented Warehouse & Materials Coordinator to manage daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and material delivery across multiple divisions. You will ensure timely provisioning of materials, maintain accurate records, and support fleet coordination to keep field teams productive.

The role emphasizes organization, safety, and proactive communication with Technicians, Supervisors, and Planner-Coordinators to anticipate needs and minimize shortages.

Qualifications

• Maintain accurate inventory records and SDS library.
• Coordinate purchases, receipts, and staging for scheduled jobs.
• Ensure safety, labeling, and storage per requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operation, organization, cleanliness, and security.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against orders.
• Maintain inventory records for warehouse, shop-store, and vehicles.
• Pull and stage materials for scheduled work orders.
• Deliver materials to job sites and support fleet maintenance coordination.
• Coordinate with Technicians and Supervisors to anticipate material needs.
• Perform periodic physical inventories and resolve discrepancies.
