Job summary

DreamFields seeks a Manager, Materials in Tyngsborough, MA to oversee all non-cannabis material movement, tracking, and reconciliation across production. This role ensures materials are available, accurate, and audit-ready from warehouse receipt to production use, leading a team of Warehouse and Inventory Coordinators and coordinating with Procurement, Warehouse, Inventory, and Production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of team and material management experience in a manufacturing/production setting.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee non-cannabis material movement, tracking, and reconciliation across production.
• Lead Warehouse and Inventory Coordinators and coordinate with a Warehouse Supervisor.
• Maintain on-time material readiness and accurate BOMs, labels, and documentation.
• Manage inbound/outbound logistics including various shipment modes.
• Develop KPI reports for material consumption, inventory levels, and waste trends.
