Job summary

Flex-N-Gate is seeking a Materials Coordinator in Michigan to plan incoming raw materials, components, packaging, sub-suppliers and outside services to support manufacturing and shipping requirements. You will oversee Receivers in accordance with policies and work with the Materials Manager.

The role requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with experience using ERP systems and MS Office in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive supply chain and purchasing
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with database applications and inventory systems

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all incoming logistics planning with suppliers and internal teams
• Maintain inventory levels and monitor accuracy with cycle counts
• Verify receipt data and ensure FIFO for raw materials
• Support outbound shipments related to vendors/production
