Job summary

Flex-N-Gate LLC. is seeking a Materials Coordinator to manage production suppliers and plan all incoming raw materials, packaging, and components to support manufacturing and shipping needs.

The role requires experience in inventory control, ERP systems proficiency, and strong communication skills. You will work with the Materials Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely material flow.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control within automotive manufacturing or suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and data integrity practices.
• Excellent English communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all incoming logistics planning with suppliers and internal teams.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies in ERP.
• Maintain low inventory levels and conduct cycle counts regularly.
• Support receiving, storage, and FIFO processes across materials.
• Report supplier performance and participate in quality reviews.
