Job summary

DreamFields is seeking a Coordinator I, Materials to manage the movement and reporting of raw materials throughout production. The role emphasizes timely replenishment, data accuracy, and regulatory compliance within the production environment.

You will collaborate with the production team to monitor material usage, waste metrics, and inventory levels, driving efficiency and operational excellence across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inventory control or manufacturing with inventory tracking and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP, WMS, or other inventory management systems.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely replenishment of materials to production pods and maintain adequate stock levels.
• Manage inventory across software platforms with data entry accuracy.
• Validate inbound material transfers from warehouse and other departments, confirming quantities and specs.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and document inventory movements.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in material tracking with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations for material storage and movement.
• Track and document production waste, analyze data to identify patterns and reduce waste.
• Communicate findings and improvement suggestions to management and production teams.
• Maintain KPIs related to material usage, waste, and inventory accuracy.
