Job summary

DreamFields is seeking a Materials Coordinator I to oversee accurate movement, tracking, and reporting of raw materials across production. You will ensure timely delivery to pods, maintain records, and support regulatory compliance while collaborating with production teams.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in inventory control, strong Excel and ERP/WMS skills, and a keen eye for data accuracy. This is a full-time, on-site role in Tyngsborough, MA with potential cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inventory control or manufacturing experience with tracking/reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/WMS usage.
• High school diploma or GED; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely replenishment of materials to production pods with adequate stock levels.
• Manage inventory across software platforms ensuring data accuracy.
• Validate inbound material transfers and confirm quantities and specs.
• Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory movement records.
• Investigate discrepancies in material tracking with relevant teams.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations for material storage and movement.
• Track production waste and analyze data to reduce future waste.
• Report findings to management and production teams to boost efficiency.
• Maintain KPIs for material usage, waste, and inventory accuracy.
