Job summary

DreamFields is seeking a Materials Coordinator I to oversee the accurate movement, tracking, and reporting of raw materials throughout production. You will ensure timely delivery to production pods, maintain precise records, and comply with regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with the production team to monitor material usage, waste metrics, and inventory levels, driving smooth operations and improved efficiency across the Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inventory control or manufacturing with tracking and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP/WMS systems.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely replenishment of materials to production pods and maintain stock levels.
• Manage inventory across software platforms with consistent data entries.
• Validate inbound material transfers and verify quantities and specs.
• Conduct cycle counts and document all inventory movements.
• Identify/discrepancies and collaborate to resolve material tracking issues.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations for storage/movement of raw materials.
• Track waste, analyze data to identify trends and reduce waste.
• Report findings and improvement suggestions to management.
• Maintain KPIs on material usage, waste, and inventory accuracy.
