Job summary

Precinmac is seeking a dependable Material Handler in Ogden, UT to support inventory and production workflows in a busy machine shop environment. The role ensures materials arrive at the right place at the right time and supports kitting for production.

The position involves receiving materials, updating ERP records, and performing cycle counts while coordinating with Purchasing, Sales Order, Planning and Production teams to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Valid OR driver license with clean driving record required.
• ERP system knowledge and inventory control experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive materials into storerooms and move them to support scheduled deliveries.
• Kit materials for production and deliver to packing or shipping.
• Record material transactions and maintain inventory in the ERP system.
• Cycle count materials and stock control per FIFO.
• Communicate issues with Purchasing, Sales Order, Planning and Production teams.
• Participate in year-end inventory.
