Job summary

Uniti Group, via its Kinetic unit, seeks a Materials Coordinator to own construction materials management, inventory control, and cycle counting. You will coordinate inbound receipts, loading/unloading, and documentation for shipments, while maintaining safety and system accuracy in a unionized setting.

The role requires experience with RF devices, WMS, Excel, and the ability to lift heavy materials. You will report to the Materials Manager and contribute to efficient job-site material flow in a

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required, with 4+ years in materials/inventory.
• Experience using radio-frequency devices to scan and record inventory.
• Experience with warehouse management software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform dock/stock tasks: picking, packing, unpacking, shipping.
• Stage materials for upcoming construction projects.
• Load/unload materials from pallets and trucks; move to stock locations.
• Count, weigh, verify materials and maintain accurate records.
• Schedule outbound freight pickups and prepare manifests/bill of lading.
• Maintain clean, safe workspace and proper stocking levels; ensure system accounting.
