Job summary

Associated Materials Innovations is hiring a Materials Analyst in Cedar Rapids to manage inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and ensure accurate handling in receiving and storage areas. Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of inventory management experience in an industrial environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and stay organized.
• Strong teamwork abilities.
• Experience with MS Office and data entry.
• English reading, speaking and writing required.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory in main receiving and storage areas.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory verifications.
• Monitor incoming deliveries and coordinate with Materials Supervisor.
• Generate daily outage material list and report shortages or damages.
• Use AMI systems and Recon to support KPIs for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Schedule pickups and generate BOLs for shipments.
• Collaborate with Production planning to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Cross-train in Receiving per supervisor's direction.
