The role focuses on routine cycle counts, data entry, and reporting under guidance from the Senior Materials & Inventory Analyst. You will track inventory levels, assist with BOLs, prepare standard reports, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with Purchasing, Production, and Warehouse teams.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma; higher degree preferred in SCM/Business.
• 0–2 years in materials handling or inventory roles; manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Basic proficiency in Excel; ability to learn ERP/WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventory.
• Track inventory levels, material flow, and usage data; flag variances.
• Enter and maintain inventory transactions in the ERP/WMS system.
• Prepare standard inventory reports and dashboards for review.
• Support investigations of inventory discrepancies with data gathered.
• Maintain organized documentation for materials handling procedures.
• Assist with warehouse organization, labeling, and slotting.
• Process Bills of Lading (BOLs) for inbound/outbound shipments.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, and Warehouse staff on routine questions.
• Participate in inventory improvement projects and data collection.
