Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assists in the care and maintenance of departmental equipment and supplies.
• Maintains inventory levels and prevents stock-outs in warehouse and nursing units.
• Follows department policies, procedures, and safety standards; adheres to regulations.
• Identifies and troubleshoots problems in the Materials Management information systems.
• Maintains relationships with other departments and participates in quality improvement teams.
• Prepares and checks reports, records and related data.
• Receives, inspects, and distributes supplies and equipment to requisitioning departments.
