Job summary

Qualifications

• Education required: High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience: Less than 1 year related experience; preferred experience with computerized inventory systems.
• Skills: basic math, communication, reading/writing English, and basic computer use.

Responsibilities

• Assists in care and maintenance of departmental equipment and supplies.
• Maintains inventory integrity in MMIS/Par Excel to prevent stock-outs.
• Supports adherence to department policies, quality, and safety standards.
• Identifies and troubleshoots problems in inventory flow.
• Maintains relationships with other departments and supports quality/service teams.
• Prepares reports and checks records as needed.
• Monitors inventory levels and replenishes stock as required.
