Job summary

New World Medical in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is seeking a Supply Chain Associate to support receiving, inventory, warehouse and material handling activities to ensure smooth flow of materials throughout the facility. This role assists Production and R&D teams by helping maintain inventory accuracy, staging materials for production, and supporting shipping and receiving operations.

Responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, operating forklifts and pallet jacks, moving materials

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
• Forklift certification/experience preferred.
• Experience in inventory management or logistics is beneficial.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound shipments and verify received materials.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials around the facility.
• Assist with staging and distributing materials to Production and R&D.
• Document shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse activities in company systems.
• Load and unload trucks and support shipping/receiving tasks as needed.
• Support inventory management, cycle counts, and organization.
• Transport materials between buildings and warehouse locations.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse areas.
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement and other warehouse tasks as assigned.
