Job summary

BlueScope Coated Products, LLC in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Material Handler to support production by loading/unloading materials and moving them safely within the site.

You will operate forklifts, cranes, tilters and related equipment, process shipping releases, and ensure compliance with Quality and Environmental Management systems while collaborating with Sales, Maintenance, Operations and Quality Control to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
Must be able to read and follow shipping/receiving instructions.
Ability to operate standard material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

Load/unload raw materials and finished goods from trucks or freight.
Safely move and stack materials within the facility.
Operate forklift, crane, tilters, band crimps and related equipment.
Process shipping releases as directed by Shipping Lead or Supervisor.
Follow Quality and Environmental Management System principles.
