Job summary

National Pen is seeking a Material Handler to support warehouse operations across receiving, storage, pick/pack, and deliveries for production and orders. This role emphasizes accurate inventory records, safe material handling, and collaboration with warehouse and production teams to ensure materials are available when needed.

Responsibilities include inspecting shipments, moving materials, performing cycle counts, and operating forklifts or related equipment in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with material flow and inventory systems.
• Knowledge of stock control processes and cycle counts.
• Ability to lift and move materials safely.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and report shortages or discrepancies in shipments.
• Move and store materials, load/unload, and put away in designated locations.
• Pick, pack, stage, and deliver materials for production and orders within required timeframes.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform stock checks / cycle counts.
• Operate forklifts and related equipment; follow safety procedures.
