Job summary

New World Medical Inc in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, is seeking a Supply Chain Associate to support receiving, inventory, warehouse, and material handling to keep raw materials and finished goods flowing smoothly. You will load and unload materials, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, stage items for production and R&D, and accurately document shipping and receiving in the ERP system.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in inventory management, shipping/receiving, or warehouse roles.
• Forklift certification/experience preferred.
• Experience in medical device manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving duties including unloading inbound shipments, verifying received materials, stocking inventory, and reporting damaged or missing items.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move raw materials, finished goods, and inventory throughout the facility.
• Assist with staging and distributing materials to Production and R&D departments to support daily operations.
• Accurately document shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse activities in company systems and logs.
• Load and unload trucks and support shipping/receiving activities as needed.
• Assist with inventory management activities including cycle counts and inventory organization.
• Transport materials and supplies between buildings and warehouse locations.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and work areas.
• Follow company safety procedures, quality standards, and operational guidelines.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and assist with additional warehouse or supply chain tasks as assigned.
• Support warehouse, supply chain, and facility operations as needed to meet business and operational requirements.
