Job summary

Montgomery County Memorial Hospital + Clinics is seeking an Inventory Clerk to join our Materials Management Team. You will handle issuing supplies, processing requisitions, restocking Pyxis items, and ensuring proper stocking across hospital departments.

Responsibilities include receiving freight, IV bag restocking with expiry checks, answering calls and emails, and year-end inventory counts. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) required.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and priority-setting abilities.
• Very reliable with good attendance.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Process requisitions and issue supplies; scan packing lists.
• Restock Pyxis supply items and IV bags; check IV bag expiration.
• Stock hospital and clinic departments with supplies (chargeable and non-chargeable).
• Receive freight and deliver to departments.
• Answer phones and emails; perform quarterly inventory spot checks.
• Conduct annual year-end inventory count.
