Job summary

IPL is a global leader in sustainable packaging solutions, seeking a Material Handler to ensure smooth production and distribution. You will pull orders from inventory, deliver materials to production, and stage finished goods for shipment, while maintaining accurate records and safe handling practices.

Ideal candidates have forklift certification, 1–3 years in a warehouse or manufacturing setting, experience with inventory systems, and knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.

Qualifications

• Forklift certifications including Counterbalance, Reach truck, and PPT preferred.
• 1–3 years of warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment.
• Familiarity with inventory control systems and barcode scanners.
• Experience with shipping and receiving processes.
• Lean manufacturing or 5S experience a plus.
• Knowledge of safety standards (OSHA and others).
• Experience with ERP inventory management systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pull orders from inventory and deliver production materials.
• Stage finished product for distribution and packing.
• Maintain stock levels and identify shortages.
• Locate materials on production orders.
• Document shipments and inventory movements.
• Operate forklift trucks and perform maintenance tasks.
• Ensure safe and orderly warehouse workspace.
