Job summary

ITW is seeking a dependable Material Handler to support our manufacturing operations. This on-site role involves receiving, unloading, storing, moving, and issuing materials while ensuring inventory accuracy and ERP data integrity.

A forklift license and at least one year of related experience are required. You will operate forklifts, perform receiving and shipping tasks, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to keep production on schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift driver’s license.
• Minimum one year of material handling/warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems (D365 preferred) and MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming materials including LTL shipments.
• Operate forklifts and other handling equipment safely.
• Record transactions in ERP; manage receiving, shipping, and inventory activities.
• Deliver materials to production areas to meet schedules.
• Maintain MRD cards and update due dates.
• Follow FIFO inventory practices and manage RGAs/NCNs.
• Support third-party order processing, including BOL prep and PO entry.
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Participate in cycle counts and continuous improvement initiatives.
